Points to solve
:
1. MANDATORY OBLIGATIONS :
• to pay an initial part of the deposit in an escrow account for the
06/15/2011 : 170.000€
• the second part of the deposit will normally be paid for
07/01//2012 : 100.000€
2 .Soundproofing A stand must be conducted on 07.01.2011: otherwise we must stop the stand temporary up to completion.
3. Placing tarpaulins otherwise it will be required to use steel balls before the
07.01.2011 or until the tarpaulins will be installed.
If point 1 is solved, the club promises executer points 2 and 3 as soon as
possible.

If the sum of 170,000 € is not collected late May 2011, the stand will be permanently closed.

For juniors, the subscription price will remain free and the series fixed at 4.5 €.

New shooters may become members after the end of their schooling.
A shooter not-member can no longer practice shooting at our facilities

On the other hand
• We will do everything possible to find sponsors (public and private)
• Gunsmiths, Public Authorities, Private Companies, ......
All sponsors will have the opportunity to place their advertisement in the stand.
• We will create events (contests, opendoors, ....)

The work is funded to a maximum of 75% by the competent authorities... but we must advance the money.

If everyone participates
:
200 people become members =>
(200 * 100 = 20.000€
) +( 200 * 250 = 50.000€ ) = 70.000€
40 shooters become faithful members =>
( 40 * 1.000 = 40.000€)
+ (40 * 250 = 10.000) = 50.000€.
15 members become loyal members => 15*2.000 = 30.000€
10 shooters choose to be a sponsor => 10*3.000 = 30.000€

A total of 180.000
€ = Sufficient for the caution of 06/15/2011.

For 2012 :
If the club must pay a bail of 100,000 € in early July 2012, the system 250 € participation in the caution will be re-considered, with recovery as in 2011. .
If the end of May 2011, the minimum amounts are not collected, your fee and participation deposit will be returned. (except for 5/12èmes of the normal contribution of 100 €)
